How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to find the square footage, then add a 10% waste factor for cutting and fitting. For diagonal installations, we recommend adding 15%.
Does my flooring need to acclimate before installation?
Yes, most wood and laminate products require 48 to 72 hours of acclimation in the room where they will be installed to adjust to the home's temperature and humidity levels.
What is your return policy on leftovers?
We accept returns on unopened, resellable boxes within 90 days of purchase, provided you have the original receipt. A restocking fee may apply to certain special orders.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we partner with independent, licensed professional installers to ensure your new floors are laid perfectly and backed by our installation satisfaction guarantee.
What are the shipping costs for large flooring orders?
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the distance from our distribution center. We also offer free ship-to-store options for local pickup.
Are your products CARB phase 2 compliant?
Absolutely. All of our wood and laminate products meet or exceed strict air quality standards, including CARB phase 2 and EPA TSCA Title VI requirements for formaldehyde emissions.
