  Gather your original sales receipt or order confirmation email to facilitate a faster refund process and verify the purchase price.

  Visit a Showroom

  Bring your eligible items back to any local Lumber Liquidators location for an immediate inspection and processing by our flooring experts.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, though please note that a 20% restocking fee may apply to certain specialized orders.
